Just wondering. Everyone seems to have different views on the "Chosen One." I was thinking... Maybe Anakin wasn't the Chosen One, and maybe Luke was. Anakin may have killed Palpatine, but that didn't signify the end of the Dark Side. Luke killed the last clone of Palpatine, and Lumiya. Now all he has to do is kill Jacen, and there'll be some amount of balance there, right?

Well, honestly..... It wasn't about ending the Dark Side, in my opinion. It was about bringing balance. Balance isn't "Light Side wins and Dark Side perishes", and if it was meant to be GL really needs to learn what the word means. Yes, the Sith returned, but it seems like all that time even before TPM Palpatine constantly had the upper hand, even on his own master. It wasn't until Vader threw him down into the core that he didn't, and though he returned, it wasn't for as long and I don't think he was...as skilled as the last time. If Luke killed Jacen...there'd really be no balance at all, because at this point there are no other Sith, unless someone like Ben turned or there's an unknown Sith we don't know about. Though on the other hand, it is possible he wasn't....or it's possible that title left him once he turned DS, or however the Force works. Like a Phantom, I guess? Heh sort of reminds me of TPM's title. Mabye if it did "leave" him it went to his offspring....or he was the Chosen One all along. Or the title continues down the bloodline, because we need to remember in the future Krayt takes over. And I am not sure if there is still balance, and Cade's looking to be the hero in that series. It's a very confusing situation, I think one of the problems might have been that Palpatine coming back was written before the prequels. :/

I don't know. Yoda could've messed up with the Prophecy. Never know...
