Survival, Dark Times

Vader

I stood on the Bridge, a ship had just contacted us on where to dock. Something made me suspicious....for one I had never seen a ship quite like that one coming to dock here, and another I felt something...it seemed familiar and powerful. The voice was also familiar but the comm made it sound different so I could not entirely tell. The voice over the comm did not seem like usual people asking to dock either.

I spoke through the comm in a neutral voice, still mechanical but not showing any emotion at all, if this ship was up to something I did not want to alert them at all "Identify yourselves, unknown ships. We were not expecting any deliveries of supplies for some time, and we were not expecting visitors either."

Jaskia

"Shut the fuck up and let us dock, laser-brain!" she said angrily. "It's Jaskia! I've got others on this ship that you want to meet, dirtcrate and you better let us the hell in!"

At everyone's shocked expression, she let go of the communicator and said, "I learn from Sev." She grinned, and turned back to the comm.

"I know lots of Manalorian cusses," said Scout. "Kal Skirata taught them to me."

"Gimme one."

Vader

Ah... I thought, everything made sense now, yes, Padme, Sora, and Dark Selas here at last, along with Jaskia, that was a bonus

But, I felt something else....they weren't the only ones on that ship.....suddenly it rang in my head: Scout.

I would deal with her when they got to the Destroyer, however. There was someone else there too....but I could not quite place my finger on it.

"Well then, dock in Hanger#6. I have Fi ready and will be along shortly." I said to Jaskia, then with that I cut the communication and turned, I would not literally give them Fi, it was all a trick, but I would take the three I wanted, and mabye Scout, then kill Jaskia

Yes...I did love Jaskia at one time but she had no use. She was too much of a Jedi to turn, so she had to die.

Scout

"Thanks for all your help," said Jaskia sarcastically as she cut the line.

I was shivering. It was scary to know that your worst enemy knew your exact location. Padmé put both hands over my head and brought me towards her until I practically leaned on her. We discussed in hushed tones about what would happen, going over the exact details of the plan.

I started shivering again as we entered the Hanger. I wanted to leave. My brain screamed at me to leave. What if there were monsters, like on the last one? I wanted to leave. I wanted to leave. I wanted to leave.

I broke away from Padmé and double-checked my lightsabers. No matter what, I would kill Vader. And that determination was enough to rid me of my Star Destroyer-induced phobia of monsters.

There was already a monster waiting for us when we landed, though. He had black armor. And the little monsters surrounding him wore white.

Sora

I let out a sigh as we landed, this was it.l This would determine alot of things....our lives, Fi's, others around us.

I looked down and checked to make sure I had my blasters, grenades, and any other things I needed ready. I did.

I looked around at all the rest of them "Okay, for now, we all need to stay calm and not attack anybody. Padme, Jekk, and I need to go first. Jaskia, you take Fi, and after that, you three, Selas, Scout, and Jaskia need to rescue us. However, Fi's probably weak after being here under torture for so long, so one of you need to stay behind to make sure she's alright." I said and looked at Scout for a breif moment, telling her if she preffered that could be her staying behind with Fi

"Okay, lets go." I said with another breath, the ramp was already extended, so Padme, Jekk, Jaskia, and I all went down the ramp

Vader stood with about two dozen Storm Troopers, mabye even more. I looked around....no Fi. My eyes shot to Vader "Where's Fi?" I growled

"I am afraid she could not make it, Sora....it is just us." he said in a tone that sounded like he was happy, I knew what was happening, I should have expected this, he tricked us

Suddenly Storm Troopers jumped at us and before any of us could do anything they had us all held to where we couldn't move.

Jaskia

"Fierfek," she whispered.

She rounded on Vader. Then she smiled. "Never trust men in black," she muttered. "So what are you going to do to us, Anni?"

Vader

I ignored Jaskia calling me "Anni" even though it irritated me. I walked over to her and said "To you, I am going to have you executed. Padme I will just imprison until she comes to her senses and joins me. The two others, Sora and Dark Selas, I am still pondering but torture is coming their way."

I turned breifly and signalled for the troopers that had Sora, Dark Selas, and Padme to take them away to cells. They nodded and began to drag them off along with several other Troopers incase something went wrong.

I looked back to Jaskia, then at the trooper holding her "Take this one to a cell too but prepare her for execution. I do not want her executed immediately but I want her ready for it because it will happen tonight." I told him

"Yes, Lord Vader." the Stormtrooper replied and began to pull Jaskia off in the direction the others were going, soon they dissappeared into the hall with echoes of Sora yelling curses at me

I looked at the extra Stormtroopers I had brought that didn't go with the rest. "You are all dismissed. Go back to your patrols and other duties. I will handle the rest from here." I ordered, I had not told any of them that Scout and possibly another person was here, for only I needed to know that

They all obeyed and left. After they were gone I faced the ship, just standing there in total silence. Scout and her companion were trying to be discreet and hidden. However, she would know I was still in the hanger. She would feel me. All I had to do now was see if she would make the first move or if I would have to.

Sora

As the troopers carried us off I kept cursing under my breath. I had been stupid. So frackin' stupid! I should have known Vader was just luring us here so he could get us into his claws. Now, Scout and Selas had to rescue us, and that meant Scout might have to face Vader.

She oculd do it. I had faith she would have courage if she had to face Vader. Mabye she wouldn't have to at all.

I looked over at Padme. She didn't deserve this either. Now there was a good chance we would never escape. But, things weren't that different than before except now Selas and Scout had to get us and Fi.

I then saw more Troopers following with Jaskia. I wondered what Vader would do with her...he might kill her or try to turn her. This just worsened things.

I stopped trying to resist and faced the floor as we were taken to the Detention Center. Everything was just going downhill now...

Scout

That ain't right, that ain't right, that ain't right… she kept thinking. She was afraid to peer up look through the cockpit window. But she did.

She ducked back down.

She looked again.

She looked at Selas. "Vader's out there," she said. She stood and looked at him clearly through the cockpit window and reached out to Sora's mind. Vader's there. He's in front of me, Sora! It was hard to contact someone that was not Force Sensitive, but she did. Sora, did you hea---oh, this ain't good. This. is. not. good.

Vader had seen her. There was only one thing to do. She stepped out of the ship. "Selas, find Fi," she whispered behind her. She drew both of her lightsabers: silver and purple.

She watched Vader warily. She didn't speak.

MARIEL

Mariel sat in meditation in her cabin, allowing her mind to drift seemingly aimlessly. At the edge of her perception, there was a faint sound that had been annoying her for a day or two, and now she was going to find the source of that sound.

Sora

Suddenly I heard Scout in my mind and my head shot up Scout?! What's going on?! I thought to her, but she didn't respond, the connection or whatever they called it had broken

Vader

I saw the other one....Selas. That was not suprising. He probably came here to claim Fi because of his deep ove for her as he says. Suddenly, he was gone. He probably had gone to the halls to try to save Fi. I was going to stop him but Scout was in front of me with her lightsabers activated.

I automatically took out mine and ignited it "So, you want to fight me, do you, young Tian?" I asked as I took an offensive stancs
